Providing Auto Accident Injury Care for Tampa Bay

Frequently Asked Questions

1.  What if I don't have health insurance?

Florida Law requires all Auto Insurance providers to provide Personal Injury Protection Insurance with all auto insurance policies.  This coverage provides payment for medical bills incurred as a result of a car accident.  You may not realize that you are automatically covered.  Your insurance may never explain your treatment benefit rights after an accident.  You are entitled to treatment after an accident and it is covered even though you may not have health insurance.

2What if I was at fault?  Am I still covered?

No matter who was at fault, your medical benefits are covered after an auto accident.

3I don't want to travel to a doctor's office for treatment.  Will you come to me?

We can provide convenient treatment in the comfort of your own home.  You also have other treatment options.  Place of treatment can change according to your needs.  We cater to you.  Most patients are pleasantly surprised that they can now control place of service, especially those who have had treatment in the past at an inconvenient office location.

5What if my entire family needs treatment?

Our treatment options make it much easier for the entire family to be treated.  We understand how difficult it can be to arrange office visits for all members of the family that were involved in the auto accident.  We will arrange for convenient treatment at your home or other locations to accommodate the needs of the family.

6When can I receive care?

Available treatment hours are between 9AM and 8PM Monday through Saturday.  Sunday treatment times can be scheduled on request.

7Can I just receive massage?  I don't want chiropractic care.

We listen to our patients.  If you are uncomfortable with a certain treatment, then we will utilize only the methods of care that you are comfortable with.  We encourage you to take an active part in your health and treatment.
